We made it! Lots of good stuff happened in 2012:

Of course, this means one thing… figuring out how to top all that this year won’t be easy!

NEW! Come see this year’s Holiday Ornament!

It’s that time of year where people ask the tough questions, like:

  • “Is Santa going to make my leg better?”
  • “Why is Mommy making me take pictures with people I don’t even like?”
  • “Where is this year’s Last Res0rt ornament?”

Fortunately, I’m fully capable of answering that last one!

This year it’s Team Corvus (because quite honestly, it was either them or Gemini, and I once again failed to get Addy to understand that “snow” is, in fact, a safe thing that will not burn her skin), and they look great! These simple, round ceramic ornaments won’t weigh down the tree and they’re bound to delight!

Also, you may notice that this ornament says “2012” on it: If you’re new to the comic, don’t fret, because ’tis the season to go ahead and catch up on the rest of the collection too! These puppies are out of retirement until the end of December!

Remember, these ornaments are done a little differently from everything else I sell in the store, because they’re an On-Demand item done by Zazzle — but that means they’re subject to all the various discounts Zazzle runs throughout the month, too! Thank You All So Much!

For my American readers, today’s a day for food, family, and general awkwardness dealing with both of those things (often while trying to enjoy the other), but it’s also a day of thanks.

And quite frankly, I have plenty of things to be thankful for, including all of you:

  • Some of you see me and J.P. at the conventions and stop by, hang out, and sometimes offer us things we feel awkward turning down (and end up accepting as a result half the time)!
  • Some of you buy books and things from the online storefront.
  • Some of you keep tabs through the Elite List (which if you’re not already signed up there, is a great way to get weekly emails of the comic, among other things!)
  • Some of you comment on the latest pages, chat up on the Facebook fan page, leave questions at Formspring for me to answer, and otherwise contribute to this awesome community we’ve got going here.
  • Some of you just read the comic and not much else (for all sorts of reasons, I’m sure), but you’re still having an impact, even if it’s just something as faint as the flicker of recognition and a blip on the screen here and there.

And for that, thank you. All of you.

Keep going, and you’ll all find plenty more where this came from.

NEW ONLINE STORE! New Books, New Shirts, and New Bottle Openers!

The Next Best Thing to the Convention Table!

We have a LOT of catching up to do!

The online store’s been given a serious upgrade through StorEnvy, which has tons of features I haven’t been able to include before, like a proper shopping cart, combined shipping, and something you probably didn’t realize you were missing…all the stuff I’ve sold at previous conventions!

  • Remember those shirts I did for PhreakNIC 12 a few years ago? I’ve been selling the shirts at conventions, but now those of you who can’t make it to the cons can get a shirt for yourself! (Fair warning, though — I’ve only got Size L shirts left!)
  • I’ve been experimenting with some new bottle openers at the conventions… I’ve already set up Jigsaw, Daisy and Jason into sparkly metal form, with more to follow depending on how well these do!
  • And, what I know so many of you have been waiting for… but Volume Two isn’t available yet. Part One, however, most certainly is!
