When you have psychic powers like Jigsaw and Rei, you get a whole new view on someones progress.
One thing that I like and sometimes trying figure out as best as I can is the inner mind dialog of when a psychic is listening in. Normal eavesdropping seems to come in as barely understandable, but a conversation comes in just fine.
Still, it’s rather nice to see Rei and Jigsaw getting along. ^^
jigsaw in the first panel gives me a ‘wild rumpus’ feel, and i just like jasons fuzzy slippers.
it seems the two featured fuzzballs have gotten a rapport going, but i have to wonder whats on jasons mind and what he is ‘qualified’ for… i can think of maybe three things and they’re all inappropriate
@Brunhidden Nah, you perv, and i believe she would ask Slick anyway.
I am curious about what happened to Jason. He seems to be deeply in thought, maybe rethinking his stance towards Archanis? Is there any other way to explain why isnt he trying to kill Daisy? Lobotomy, maybe? 😀
@Vulpis He’s holding his jacket tight around his neck. As hinted, he inherited that jacket after his mother. May it mean that Gabriel finally made him think?
@e_voyager: I think you’re right about the Toning instruction. That might explain the way Jigsaw tried to get Jason’s attention, with a startling “push.” Jason being lost in a haze of his own thoughts would probably make it harder for a Tone to sink in.
We probably would have seen the Higher Calling in her speech bubble if she’d done it right, but if she’s still learning maybe she hasn’t even gotten that far. 🙂
Or maybe she’s just learning straight-up mind control? 😛
@sulcamas I don’t think so. mind control is an iffy subject in any Scifi and in this one its seems limited to Toning which seems to is a type on hypnotic vocal command. in Artemis fowl they used the Mesmer which was a combination of voice and eye contact and while it could be done over a video connection it couldn’t be done through mirrored lenses.
So, she knows? or is she using HER telepathy for communication and doesn’t know…?

Oh, there is ,,Her fault” in that bubble around him. Hes probably thinking how to kill her,nothing special 😀 Or is he thining about someone else?
is it possible that Rei is trying to teach jigsaw a trick or two about suggesting or toning
