Grrr, there’s seem to be more individuals affected than not, so someone’s definitely not going to be saved from being “saved.” Here’s hoping they’re more stupefied than vehemently/violently persuaded.
I’m sure Vince knows about “tone”, but likely thought it couldn’t be sent through a sound system or the like especially into the secure area she was in. That would explain his questioning and surprised reaction (Tone?!).
It’s a little like someone telling you your daughter is being electrocuted by voltage sent down a plastic pipe. It may be true, but it’s darned surprising.
