depending on the situation a good psychology background can be like holding a butter knife to holding a mental flamethrower. i cant even imagine the power someone with a knowledge of how someone really actually thinks can do once they have the ability to open up a brain and move things around a bit.
to me he is more of a ‘kill it with fire, then pour salt on the ashes’ case then ‘capture alive and climb up a mountain of corpses to do so’
also, id punch a nun to have hair like jason. man looks so diffrent with no arms

@Jigsaw *chuckle* Then again, I keep wanting Daisy to bend in the ‘wrong’ direction at the moment. Is it just me, or has that robe of hers been getting shorter with each page she’s been in?
@Cole They’re *teenagers*–they’re more likely to comment about having seen better backsides online already.
And/or pity Jason’s for the lack of fur/scales/whatever.

well Sulucamas i have to say probablynot. remember Jason was born with his markings and i would think that Rei was born with hers as well thought Jason is a light child and Rei is a Celeste

I don’t think it’s the nudity that makes Jason hit the uncanny valley here for some. It’s the vector cuffs and vector diaper. Those things are creepy.
I bet Gabriel not only uses them just as restraint, but also partly for the same reasons they give you those backless gowns in hospitals. It takes a bit of dignity away and people tend to be a little more compliant when that happens.

@e_voyager: Isn’t Jason “Djinned,” rather than a Light Child? Granted Rei and Jason are very different, but things like those stripes make me think that the Soul Spectrum is circular, and that Celeste and Djinn have more in common than they care to admit.
@Hartree: That’s a great point. Probably why they don’t have full robes, either.

@sulucamas one of his his parents ( i think his mother) was a Djinn which makes him a half breed. it says that As a half-breed Djinn, he may possess some Djinn ability but that no such abilities have been seen far. meaning that he may not actually have any dijinn abilities despite being born half of one. light children fall into that category for having either one extra soul piece or one less which i think is likely in his case. but i’m just guessing here only jigsaw knows for sure

@e_voyager: Indeed. There definitely seems to be some ambiguity on what exactly a Djinned is. I’d honestly be more curious if they lack soul shells like Light Children, or if they’re at some weird sweet spot on the Soul Spectrum where they have soft shells like Celeste.
But I’m just guessing, too.
