Aside from the innuendoes–*not* a bright idea on the part of the ‘law’ here, especially considering the kind of Anti-Scout sentiment the sniper is showing, when the ‘real’ Sailor Areal is in the ‘audience’ as it were.

………what kind of damage control is THAT?! Assassinating public figures IN public is rarely a good idea. Is the Star Org going to try to frame somebody? Or do they just want an excuse for the Riot Squad to move in?
And what’s Jigsaw planning? I don’t think she’s onto the sniper, so…maybe she’s trying to mess with this “old” Scout Arael? Anyone have any ideas?
Man, these cliffhangers are painful! I bet it’s going to be a loooong thirty seconds.

also, i can’t stop laughing at what’s implied. the star org has some interesting…policies/rules. i’m wagering the snyper’s gonna end up making things worse
