I already mentioned my thoughts on AIM, but you are a sneaky sneaky talmi.

Who does that disjointed word ballon in the last panal belong to? The musical notes seem to denote a sing-song tone of voice, and Arael doesn’t seem the type to use it in this situation. On the other hand, the purple text bot seems to belong to… to… er, where have ti tags gone?

I had a hard time with that last word bubble too. I took the disjointedness and musical notes to show that the conversation was being listened to over the din of Little Arael, and I pegged the earnest statements to Arael.
As for the tags, I’m glad they’re not there right away to ruin the suspense. The reveal of “Beacon” was given away by some of the tags in the preceding pages (which seem to have changed?).
Keep up the great work, Jigsaw!

The word bubbles in the last panel are somewhat confusing, though. But anyway, the whole “Little Arael” looks really good.
I wonder who’s the red-headed Talmi with the Autie glasses?

*Slaps forhead* It ISN’T a sing-song voice! It’s part of a song! Someone would have to dig a bit to see if it is part of the show’s theam song or a clip of the currently unknown ending credits music.

Archive + Tags are a wonderful thing. It isn’t from the main theme. My (NotReal)Money is on the closing theme song.

Wait…what musical notes? I’m not seeing notes–and didn’t realize the disjointed balloons had a musical pattern until someone mentioned it. And the purple boxes are obviously from Ms. Bondage-Mask there.

*peers closer* Oh! I see the notes now. Bleh–thin dark lines blend too well on dark fur. I thought the little circles were either part of the bubbles, or were ‘I’m sloshed!’ bubbles from the girl with the glasses.

Just finished reading from beginning to end. It’s interesting and I’m wanting to see a lot more, but I have noticed one thing.
You seem to like to stick to a specific list of base creatures (snakes, lizards, mice, dragons) and I think it’d be cool if a little more diversity were inserted, like canids.

Small note: Arael is saying those words in the last panel, not Melody. Box color is tied to eye color.
@Spirit Studios: Actually, Kaydins are meant to be canid, as well as Paladin Retrievers. So there are a few dogs already in there.

this is getting VERY interesting, me likey, and of course a station that big’d have it’s own little cultural centers, well, a little taste of ‘home’
character personality and depth on these two is also getting interesting, Bina-ahem-Areal was a little iffy, but now i know i like her, putting her people above prejudice, and Melody I’ve liked since the fangirl scene.

Ah the hazards of hiding in plain sight. It’s easy for those who know what to look for to eavesdrop. Having big ears too doesn’t hurt. I just wonder who the listener works for and how this will come into play later.

The guard’s all smiley like, “Hello, fellow citizen.” She’s the embodiment of ‘false sense of security’! I love Last Resort!

Just gets more and more interesting.

The biggest mistake they made when blending in: not wearing the sky blue, yellow, and red like every other Talmi (and a few other species) in the area.
