I don’t think anything relating to cannibalism is covered in the laws of kashrut, but I really doubt it is…

Nope, blood is not kosher, even from a creature that is otherwise kosher to eat.

Blood in general is not kosher, this is why we allow the blood to drain out of our animals when we sacrifice them.
