@Josh.C You know…I don’t think they ever revealed just *who* hired them for this mission…so you may be more right about Veled’s reaction than you realize. 🙂 Though I’d think she’d make a hit on her ex herself, rather than hire others.. 🙂

@E: as I understand it, if you are shattered, you are dead inside; vamp, reaper, djinn, efreet, or zombie, it makes no difference.

You may be right that Jason is the Shattered version of Touched, and may not be properly “dead”..but I don’t know if that makes him properly Sterling or Celeste either, and that wiggle room may be close enough for the prophecy, too.
