Took a stab at translating the tone. This is what they’re saying, I think.

Binary: I don’t think she was expecting them to return at all
I presume this is referring to Murphy’s behavior.
Melody: ???ed, you ??ard it tho why don’t you ask around and get to the bottom of this
First part of what Melody was saying, I couldn’t figure out.

I would like to point out that nobody seemed to notice during the riot that while sure there was a sniper trying to pick off the instigator which got attention – nobody has yet to ask what the roving death squads were up to at the same time

I like the expression on the little head snake in the last panel. Little mouse, big ears, indeed. I’m curious as to why their toning differently (periwinkle (?) vs brown(?)).

Although, this gives us food for thought about some of the other’s veiw of Murphy’s track record. It doesn’t look like Melody or her scout friend trust her very much.

Nice to see that Spirit’s more intense than she let’s on. (Dutch Angle?) From the way Melody puts it, she’s probably a steadfast party-liner. 😐

Is it me, or does Dex look like she’s getting toned on the last panel? Does the tone just flip an obedience switch even without a command being given? Interesting that she’s affected while Melody isn’t.
