A bit extreme too. It’s never been as blatant and extreme as this. Could something have changed to have Murphy step-up her game?

This sounds like something she should inform White Noise and the other captains about, ASAP. As well as the Vaeos, as Rippy pointed out. The more people know not to trust the cameras, the better chance someone may notice and smash a wisp before it can do any damage. (This is under the assumption that the wisp would have some noticeable change if one observed it going into weapons-mode. All guns need a gun barrel, even if it’s a short one, right?)

Complications, HO! I wonder who is going to get to tell the Vaeo that their camera crew contains a ninja assassin. From a theoretical plot perspective, it sounds good. From a control perspective, it’s a nightmare they don’t need. Especially since they are targeting a key player from a demographics standpoint. Also, especially because they, by definition, lose the camera best suited to show the action when the action occurs…
