well we’ve seen him wings are ready so I wouldn’t rule too much out. the world the wings on herme’s ankle were actually there because he was some sort of touched his stead of a messenger god

@Shad: I think their wings that simply line up with her eyebrows.

I’m not sure about actual Celeste, but it seems like Touched seem to have a rather random thing on where wings will grow from their bodies.

That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if she used her wings to vale her eyes in a particularly bright day and her appearance in the last panel does show the similarities Veled received by both parents.

Well considering what we’ve seen of star org daycare, I can’t really blame Veled being mad about that, if possibly misdirected at the wrong person.
