The author has had several multi-year breaks during this chapter. To my knowledge, the story is simply on break again, but only Dog knows when it will start up again.

I suspect that the one to the left is a visual representation of Slick. Given that he and Addy share a room, and the curtains from said room are currently floating in the void, I would suspect that all those “No”s are coming from him as well.

Honestly that’s not what confused me. What confuses me is the bottom panel where looks like jigsaw is looking at jigsaw and she’s utilizing some sort of power. And that’s not jigsaw Silhouettes in the background then makes me wonder that Daisy become a talim as well

Top left: “I wish I did these often enough that I didn’t have to download a new app each time just to make sure they scan.”

Bottom middle: “I wish I could’ve been there. I’m trying to be stronger. I can only hope things get better from here…”

The first one feels like it might be commentary from the artist herself. But it’s hard to be sure.
